Please test all products prior to installation. We apologize in the event you receive a defective item. The product must be shipped back to us within the warranty period to qualify for a replacement. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the buyer, we will pay the shipping cost back to you. There are no exclusions to this policy. All international shipments are tested before leaving our facility. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Definition of Limited Lifetime Warranty:
A limited lifetime warranty refers to a guarantee issued by the manufacturer on the entire useful life of a given product. However, if a product is discontinued, then the guarantee on the product may last a shorter period of time. If a product is discontinued though, Hizashi Lamps will make every effort to replace it with a current model product of equal or lesser value.


LED Bulbs Warranty Terms:
All LED bulb replacement products made by Hizashi Lamps come with a 3 year “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” replacement warranty. Simply send the defective LED back to Hizashi Lamps or back to the authorized retailer where they were originally purchased for a replacement product.





  1. All you have to do to return an item is log into your account, click on “View Completed Orders” under the My Account section, locate the invoice you need to return an item from and select that item to return it. You will receive an email right away with the return instructions. If the product is no longer available we can offer you a new style replacement product at equal or lesser value.
  2. If you would like us to ship out a replacement product right away before we receive your defective item, simply order the item directly from our website. We highly recommend replacing the bulbs in pairs to ensure color match and equal lifespan. If the item(s) are no longer available for purchase you can choose a different item. After you receive your new items, you can log into your account on this website, and and elect to start a return for the items, and you can send the defective items back to us for a full refund.


We accept returns for exchange, repair or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit or refund. Also, if you need to send something back we do not pay for shipping.

**To be eligible for a refund: Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
**To be eligible for a repair: Item must have a repair warranty option with the manufacturer. Not all items can be repaired.
**To be eligible for an exchange: Items must be returned within the 30 day time period and you will be given store credit to be used to purchase something else. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. You can replace a product with a different product by paying the difference in price, or trading it in for something cheaper and receiving a partial refund.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

*Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
*Product must be in original, resalable packaging.
*If an item has been installed, it is no longer new even if it was only installed for a short time.

NOTICE ABOUT REFUNDS: If the dollar amount of your return is $200 or greater we will send you a check in the mail instead of a credit card refund. We do this because if we refund your credit card we will be charged again by the processing company another 2.5 – 3.5% depending on the type of credit card you used. It doesn’t make sense for us to have to pay to send you your money back. A check in the mail is free. We hope you understand!

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them.
